QUALITY & TRUST / 06
It is very rare to find a company that delivers high quality product, quickly, and at a low delivered price. Typically manufacturers are able to deliver on one or maybe two of these critical components but seldom, if ever, on all three. However, Trifecta has managed to do just that.

Questions, answered.

From lead times to materials to sterilization, the things orthopedic OEMs ask us most.

Custom orthopedic sterilization cases, trays, and caddies, built around your specific instrument and implant sets. We also design and produce the brackets, fixtures, inserts, and finishing that protect every component through cleaning, sterilization, and surgery.
Production runs typically ship in 6 to 8 weeks, and prototypes in 2 to 5 weeks depending on complexity. Speed is the main reason customers come to us.
Every case and tray is designed with sterilization validation in mind and backed by our prototype sterilization validation guarantee, so the design is proven before you commit to production. Sets move through layout, design, graphics, prototype, and production with your approval at each gate, and are inspected throughout the build.
Aluminum is our standard, with Type II anodize by default and Type III or 20 gauge hemmed stainless steel available for European processing. We also work in stainless steel, apply a no-peel nylon coating in multiple colors, and brand sets with laser etch, silk screen, or image sublimation.
Yes. We design cases and trays to be compatible with filtered sterilization containers such as Aesculap, so your set fits the workflow you already run.
You can start with as little as an instrument list or a rough concept. Our process moves from layout to design to graphics to prototype to production, with your approval at each stage.
All-riveted construction with no screws to loosen, maximum ventilation for faster drying, ergonomic over-center latches, break-over folding handles, and TRIcorner stainless bumpers. We back every build with a no-peel coating guarantee and a prototype sterilization validation guarantee.
We design and manufacture in our 35,000 square foot facility in Plainfield, Indiana, about ten minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport.
